Repeated efforts to install Smart Pen software defeat mom’s 504 claims

Special Ed Connection® Office for Civil Rights found insufficient evidence that a New York district discriminated or retaliated against a magnet school student with an unidentified disability by failing to provide her with a Smart Pen in a timely manner.
