Website accessibility: Get ahead of issues now, sources say

Issuing a rule on quickly evolving technology, however, has been a challenge. After several years of proposed rule changes, the department is considering proposing the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA as the technical standard for website accessibility.
